Shipping policy

We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders placed on our webshop. Please read the following information carefully to ensure you understand our shipping policies.

Processing Time

We typically process and ship orders within 2-4 business days of receiving your payment. During peak times, such as holidays or sales events, processing time may be longer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

We ship orders to Finland via Matkahuolto and Posti. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: International shipping 100€. Shipping in Finland 20€. 

Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package's progress.

International Shipping

We have worldwide shipping. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. You are responsible for paying any additional fees.

We ship orders internationally via UPS and DHL Express. Standard shipping usually takes 10-20 business days. 

If you have purchased a large artwork that cannot be shipped flat, it will be shipped to you rolled in a sturdy tube to ensure safe delivery. Small artworks are delivered in a cardboard package.

We take great care to ensure that our artwork is packaged securely to protect it during transit. The artwork will be carefully rolled and placed in a sturdy tube with protective padding to prevent any damage during shipping.

When you receive the artwork, please handle it with care and find a local framer for reframing the artwork.
