Source of Personal Data

Third parties processing personal data of the Customer are subcontractors of the Controller. These services are necessary for the successful fulfillment of the contract and processing of the Customer’s order.

  • Payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)

Tracking

Packaging & Delivery

  • If you’ve ordered a large artwork that cannot be shipped flat, it will be carefully rolled and placed in a sturdy tube to ensure it arrives safely.
  • Smaller artworks will be shipped in a protective cardboard package.

We take every precaution to ensure that your artwork is securely packaged to protect it during transit. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details, and you can rest assured that it will arrive safely.

When you receive your artwork, we recommend handling it with care. You can have it professionally framed at a local shop for optimal presentation.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at jasmin.ylihuhtala@gmail.com

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.
